- Abstract
- This project proposes that a compassionate response to persons (and family members) infected by HIV/AIDS is scriptural. It educates, equips and mobilizes the Grapevine Church of the Nazarene, and any congregation that studies the evidence with an open mind and spirit, to respond compassionately by reviewing the nature of the disease and the role of the pastor and the local church. The project provides information for developing care groups. It creates an awareness of the medical, psychological, and theological aspects involved in AIDS ministry.
