- Abstract
- This applied research project studied the hypothesis of an association between organizational effectiveness and organizational strategic planning that includes three components. These components are strategic planning that is intentional, integrated, and implemented. This association is compared in the same organization before and after their strategic planning, and is defined as the organization's ability to accomplish its vision and mission. This hypothesis was studied quantitatively through a survey of previous research and literature review, and qualitatively using the case study method in three Christian organizations. The results argue for the research hypotheses that organizational strategic planning is associated with organizational effectiveness.
