Abstract
  • Older adults utilize Christian spiritual resources as one means for accepting and adjusting to age-related conditions. Five methods were utilized. The methods included pastor interviews, parish nurse interviews of parishioners, parishioner health status profile, review of individual care records, and parishioner notes of appreciation. The study verifies that spiritual resources aid in coping with age-related changes.
