  • The leadership of First Baptist Church of Ruston, Louisiana, was led by the project director to strengthen their college ministry through integrative planning. The church staff and a college worker analyzed the college ministry, interviewed students, and studied a questionnaire to identify needs of students. From this study the leaders developed a college program involving each organization of the church. The project made the leadership more aware of students' needs. They were also stronger supporters of a college ministry and were prepared to assist in planning the annual college program.
