Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to equip a selected group of members of Sulphur Springs Baptist Church of Hillsboro, Alabama, as Sunday School evangelism coordinators. The first goal of the project was to develop five sessions to train the group. The group was evaluated by a pretest/post-test. The second goal of the project was to increase the project director's knowledge of instructional theory and practice. The sessions were evaluated by an expert, through a group dialogue, and with the completion of a reflection paper. The project director's growth was measured at the conclusion of each session through the use of a feedback sheet.
