Abstract
  • The primary problem addressed through this paper the seeming crisis in leadership that is felt throughout the Church including judicatory offices, the pulpit and the pew. The central purpose of this paper is to empower leaders to effectively minister in a world that is ever changing. To this end, a dialogue between theology, scripture, personal experience, and culture is offered that will lead to the discovery of insights and a definition of dialogical leadership. Further, an attempt is made to define the paradigm in which the church is seeking to thrive as neo-apostolic. Finally, a working process for the development of dialogical leadership is offered.
