Abstract
  • The purpose of the project was to develop a three-year ministry strategy in order to continue the church's current trend of growth from its former state of decline and plateau. The thesis was that a selected group of adult leaders could be guided to reclarify their church's biblical mission and purpose, study their church's history and community, and develop a three-year ministry strategy. Twelve adult leaders participated in a twelve-week program of study and planning. The primary tools used to evaluate the project were evaluation forms, recognized practitioner, and pastoral observation. The results of the evaluative tools confirmed the thesis.
