This thesis is to explore the relationship between the senior pastor's leadership and the Mega church culture in Taiwan. The author used qualitative, social research methods and semistructured interviews were conducted. The data was collected from five churches in Taiwan that have over one thousand people attending worship services each week. Each of the five churches has a distinct church culture. The conclusion of the research is that the senior pastor can successfully shape church culture by having a clear vision, consistently passing on that vision, persisting in carrying out that vision, and being fully committed in leadership.
