Abstracto

This dissertation explores the practice of the incarnational ministry of Jesus Christ. Through discussion of the offices of Christ, it intends to define the structure of church pastoral ministry in terms of the concept of Incarnational Pastoral Ministry. Chapter 1 discusses the theology of the Incarnational Pastoral Ministry. Chapter 2 is divided into 'Ministry into the World,' 'Ministry of Revelation' and 'Reconciliation,' and 'Ministry of Judgment and Grace.' Chapter 3 provides a practical discussion of this threefold mediation of Christ. The Incarnational Pastoral Ministry, accordingly, can be defined as prophetic pastoral ministry (chapter 4), priestly pastoral ministry (chapter 5) and kingly pastoral ministry (chapter 6).
