Abstract

The purpose of the project was to develop a strategy to evangelize young adults through Trinity Baptist Church, Apopka, Florida. Trinity Baptist Church is located in a city that is seeing phenomenal growth and change, from being a small farming community to the second largest municipality in Orange County, Florida. Many of the people moving to our community are members of the Bridger Generation, which is the second largest generation in American history. This generation is very different from previous generations. The challenge for the church is to develop a strategy to evangelize the young adults. This project researched strategic methods used to evangelize young adults. Upon completion of the research, the project director led a select group of young adults to create a strategy to evangelize young adults in Apopka, Florida. The final goal of the project was to present the strategy to the pastoral leadership team of Trinity Baptist Church for approval.
