Abstract
  • This project provides opportunity for the ministerial staff of First Baptist Church (Blue Springs, Mo) to discover and authenticate their spiritual gifts and personality types in order to understand and implement a team ministry. An independent examiner tests the staff in a retreat setting, facilitating an improved understanding of each person's personality and gifts that enables them to minister to the church as a well-rounded team. The process also aids the staff in resolving conflict in a biblical manner.
