Abstracto

An evaluation of new believer training at Ruch Community Bible Church was conducted to determine why certain Bible study groups are more fruitful in evangelism and discipleship than others. A written survey comprised of essay-type questions was administered to the participants and teachers of four existing Bible study groups. The responses yielded 26 strategies for effective new believer training which will be used to guide new groups as they are formed and/or to improve existing studies.
