I designed this project to equip selected Jackson County Baptist Association leaders with essential skills for multiethnic ministry. I accomplished three ministry goals in this project. First, I researched the field of multiethnic ministry to identify the essential skills required for local churches. Then, I developed a workshop to equip selected Jackson County Baptist Association leaders with essential skills for multiethnic ministry in the local church. Finally, the workshop was given to equip selected Jackson County Baptist Association leaders with essential skills for multiethnic ministry in the local church. I also accomplished two professional goals in this project. The first goal was to increase my knowledge of multiethnic ministry in the local church. Additionally, I desired to improve my workshop development skills. I utilized various evaluation tools and evaluators to measure the achievement of the goals, and both the tools and the evaluators validated the completion of the goals.
