  • This project had as its focus the development of a process for the facilitation of women into Christian ministry. The author and ten women used two sections of the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola to provide the framework for Christian decision making in developing such a process. With Mary Magdalene as role model, they researched the needs of women through study, dialogue and personal experience and produced a written guide. Used in a retreat framework, this process proved effective and was evaluated statistically.
