- The purpose of this project was to assist families at Flat Creek Baptist Church in strengthening relationships within their family units by leading them to plan and actuate a regular family meeting time. An eight-week training seminar, which focused on the development of certain healthy family traits, assisted the families in accomplishing this task. These training sessions offered times for mutual support and dialogue among the families. The results of the project revealed that only slight growth was realized. However, communication and conflict management did show significant improvement.
