- Abstract
- This project proposes to provide models for women called to ministry and to encourage local congregations to consider women for pastoral positions in the Presbyterian Church (USA) through a video and accompanying written summary. Women ministers of diverse geographical, theological, ministerial, and positional affiliations, from a variety of age and family contexts, participate in the video program to demonstrate leadership and service. The video can influence viewers and, potentially, change opinions and expectations of women in ministry.
