Abstract
  • The project was a six-week program integrating liturgical elements into the worship service at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Austin, Minnesota. The aim was to create a model of intergenerational worship. The project was grounded in scripture, informed by the Reformed tradition, and guided by the historical witness of the Church catholic. The project included educational opportunities that interpreted this model of worship followed by four model worship services. This experience was evaluated through congregational surveys and personal interviews. It was concluded that this model of intergenerational worship resonated with the vast majority of the varied generations in the congregation.
