Abstract
  • The purpose of this research was to explore core strategies for leadership development that can be applied to fast growing, multi-site churches. The research method used was qualitative case studies of two churches who opened five campuses in a seven year period.The thesis of this dissertation asserted that certain ingredients exist that, when mixed together, result in accelerating the development of a leader. The ingredient found to accelerate leader development are: classes, community groups, one-on-one coaching, and ministry experiences.
