Abstrait

This project proposes to reconnect the congregation to members in long-term care through visiting teams. Through a series of training sessions, children, youth and adults in the congregation and community are trained to minister to the needs of older adults in long-term care. This ministry enhances the life of the congregation and community, provides a better quality of life for the residents and seeks to actively affirm the faith that the church confesses.
