The purpose of this project is to develop and conduct a seminar for adults 40 to 55 years of age which will stimulate participants to begin developing a retirement plan. This goal will be reached by increasing the participant's understanding of: biblical and theological perspectives on retirement planning and aging; physical and psychological adjustments which accompany retirement and aging; the wide variety of meaningful activities available to retired persons; and the financial and legal needs of retired persons. With the potential of 40 or more years of retirement, this period of one's life must be prepared for and used wisely.
