Abstracto

A military-oriented meditation book of devotionals will aid soldiers in their spiritual life. The Army is a subculture of eclectic American society. However, the soldier and family member face unique opportunities, responsibilities, and challenges. This book of meditations incorporates, through blending biblical research and military experience, Army philosophy and terminology with Christian principles. Their merger resulted in a compilation of meditations. Each meditation includes a prayer, Scripture, military quotation, spiritual devotional, hymn, and single sentence suggestion on many high-interest subjects. Testing of the proposed thesis by Army individuals and groups using the meditation book identified increased awareness in spiritual aspects of military living.
