The purpose of this project was to develop a leadership pipeline strategy for Church at the Oaks in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The first phase of the project was designed to determine the essential competencies for leadership development through researching the field. A second phase identified best practices of leadership pipeline implementation through research of existing models.
