Abstrait

The theme of this project is that the activity of small group of a church, which can be corresponded to the cell the basic unit of a body, is the essential element for churches to grow continuously in both qualitative and quantitative aspects. The focus of this project was to select and mobilize the small group leaders who have talents and gifts through seminars. The materials were researched and collected and the most suitable materials were used in the implementing phase. Three seminars were conducted and the one small group leader was selected and mobilized as the result.
