Abstract
  • AIM groups (All In Ministry) and an approach (ERFCA) for theological reflection are described for empowering lay persons in their Christian vocations expressed both within the church and in the world. ERFCA is Experience, Reflection, Faith/Tradition, Choice and Action. A group of four to six volunteers met together once every two weeks over ten months with a facilitator. Each participant covenanted with other group members and developed personal learning goals related to ministry currently engaged in. A theological and an educational base is described. The project was tested in three separate groups.
