Abstract
  • Using dreams as vehicles to increase and improve spiritual formation and one's relationship with God and with humanity has been taken seriously for several years within local churches and within communities. This project is a study of journaling dreams and using small group work to discern ways of improving one's conscious lifestyles with the hope of growing toward the health and wholeness God intends for individuals. The research study group that labored in this project was birthed within the local congregation of Ferry Pass United Methodist Church in Pensacola, Florida.
