- Abstract
- The thesis of my project is that many adults are not pursuing wholistic health. My goal is to lead a small group of six adults to a greater awareness and understanding of the spiritual, physical, relational, and intellectual interrelation of life, and to lead them to begin to take concrete actions toward enrichment in these four areas. My conclusion is that one effective way to achieve personal wholistic enrichment is through a program of daily enrichment activities and the encouragement of a support group involved in a similar program of enrichment.
