Abstract
  • The purpose of this project was to develop a disciple-making strategy for Welsh Baptist Church in Frostburg, Maryland. During the first phase of the project, the project director explored the Beatitudes (Mt: 5:3-16) and existing disciple-making models to develop a profile consisting of the salient components of a mture desciple of Jesus. In the second phase, the project director researched various methods for strategy development and led the elders and selected leaders to develop a disciple-making strategy for Welsh Baptist Church. The final phase of the project was presenting the completed dsciple-making strategy to the elders of Welsh Baptist Church for approval.
