Abstract
  • This project proposes a process to evaluate the potential of accepted Bible college candidates for ministry in the Western Ontario District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada, in order to encourage them to develop personally, practically, and spiritually during their academic preparation. In trials with pastors, Bible college graduates, and accepted candidates, evaluation tools and followup counseling promote deeper integration of spiritual growth and academic learning, increasing the maturity and potential of Bible college students for ministry.
