- This project addresses the application and impact of transforming family leadership to African families at Dallas Theological Seminary. The author conducted interviews and surveys assessing the leadership dimensions of four African couples, selected from four different African countries. The data analyses reported a greater use of transforming family leadership principles/practices by families with an above the sample median score.
