Abstract
  • This project proposes and develops an initial phase of a model to mentor students in the Scarborough Institute of Church Growth at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. To assist the students in applying academic information they acquire, the project concentrates on development of self-awareness, leadership, priorities, personal spiritual growth, and discipleship. Students acknowledge and demonstrate different needs at different levels, but they find expanding self-awareness and understanding leadership abilities to be the most helpful concerns addressed in the mentoring process.
