Abstrakt

This project proposes, prepares, and implements a planning cycle in a local Baptist congregation facing three critical problems--inadequate communication between the leadership team and the members, lack of participation in the decision-making process, and lack of goal ownership by the congregation. To address these problems the project develops a five-step planning cycle.
