Abstract
  • This is a study of multi-ministries in selected Assemblies of God churches. The project deals with churches which basically have a heritage of an evangelical background with prime emphasis on the preaching of the gospel and a definite experience in Christ. For this project six churches were personally interviewed and fifty-eight churches responded to a questionnaire in relationship to the ministries of their churches. It is interesting to note that most of the churches surveyed have bridged the gap and are very much involved in social ministries within their church and community, as well as maintaining a strong emphasis on the evangelistic thrust and personal experience.
