Abstract
  • The goal of the project was to design a strategy of incarnational witness to the communities of Innsbrook Baptist Church. Incarnational witness was defined as a demonstration of the person and power of Jesus Christ through the personalities, actions, and words of believers in the context of the felt and real needs of unbelievers. Project participants identified needs in the community through demographic analysis, generalized characteristics, and personal interviews with community members. As a result of this study participants crafted a needs-based and resource-related strategy. This strategy was refined by dialogue with the church body. The refined strategy was adopted by the church for immediate implementation.
