Abstract
  • Team, team work, and team ministry are defined. Tests for the health of a team and the selection and blending of team members through the process of team formation are explored. A ten-step approach to working successfully with others is given. Leadership skills, the characteristics of effective leaders and different leadership styles are examined. The presence of conflict in teams is acknowledged and the results of unresolved conflict are given. A practical working model for handling and resolving conflict to produce reconciliation is presented. References are made to appropriate scriptures, scholarly works and team ministry experiences.
