Abstract
  • Nine Protestant evangelical churches from urban, suburban and rural settings were analyzed to identify the correlations between core spiritual disciplines and effective leadership marks. Data collected, questionnare and interviews all revealed the common theme of church leaders incorporating core spiritual disciplines into their lives. The multimethod approach is the primary research methodology used along with experimental and archival methods.
