Abstract
  • This project proposes and prepares a 17-week course designed to foster spiritual growth among church leaders and members considering leadership roles, testing and evaluating it with 22 leaders and members of Glenview Evangelical Free Church (Glenview, Ill). The course demonstrates that the most important characteristic of church leadership is a growing relationship with Christ that occurs as God's presence in life increases.
