- Abstract
- This project, a product of a parish minister supervised by colleagues and a seminary faculty member, asserts that people best image God through the creative use of their strengths and interests via Jesus Christ. Through deductive problem solving, it equips laity to identify and then to interrelate self-strenghths and interests to contextual needs. The laity meet weekly: in pairs for mutual supervision and in large groups for lay-led Bible study and creative worship. This project develops teamwork with a group of great diversity. It is useful for any group not achieving its potential due to low motivation or poor direction.
