Abstrakt

The purpose of this project was to establish a discipleship program leading a select group of young adults to practice spiritual disciplines. Selected participants were guided through an eight-week program leading them to practice spiritual disciplines. Evaluation included pretest-posttest questionnaire, interview, critique, and observation. The test results, information from the participants, and observation revealed that the project was successful.
