- Abstract
- The thesis proposes that a better administrative process can produce renewed ministry practice. The method comes from a theology of administration based upon Paul's biblical themes of renewal, transformation, and implementation found in Romans 12:1-2. The results are an initial acceptance of a three-year plan of administration together with goals for new ministries and programs. Evaluations of the project by church leaders are more positive toward the success of the church's ministry in the future. Definite plans and strategies for implementing a new mission statement are increasing unity, support, efficiency, and effectiveness for this local church.
