The purpose of this project was to develop an outreach strategy for Calvary Baptist Church to reach the unchurched in Stephenville, Texas. The project director led a strategy team on Sunday evenings in developing an outreach strategy for the church to reach the unchurched in the community. The strategy team met once a week for eight weeks to develop and design a strategy for the church. The project director instructed the strategy team on basic strategic elements and guided the team in the developed strategy. The developed strategy was presented tot he church for approval and implementation.
