Abstract
  • This project asks the question, 'can a church have a corporate vision and will that vision revitalize them'? A vision is an inspired view of how life might be that captures one's imagination and stimultates the necessary drive and energy for fulfillment. The procedure used to foster a parish vision included: 1) writing a parish statement of belief; 2) writing a statement of purpose; and 3) formulating goals for the future that use a process that includes and informs all parishioners. The results indicate vision is possible and desirable for the future of the church because it is revitalizing.
