Abstract
  • In contemporary times, psychologists, politicians, and theologians have wrestled with the problem of homelessness. However noble, the efforts of these various disciplines to address this great social ill have been ineffective, primarily because they ignore the most glaring need of homelessness--spiritual transformation in Jesus Christ. This project will develop a biblical model that meets the holistic needs of homeless men as the only viable solution to homelessness. While training and equipping chaplains Christian workers, this project will take prescriptive and preventative measures coupled with group interactions, discussions, a pretest, a posttest, and individual feedback to illustrate how biblical principles radically transform lives.
