- Abstract
- The thesis that a method of education could be developed for new lay ministers of the Roman Catholic Church which would enable the lay people themselves to equip one another for their new ministerial role was tested by enlisting lay men and women in ten parishes to work with the author in developing and preparing two texts which they would use as tools: a Teacher Manual and a Student Handbook. The project was successful. The system was effective and could be used in preparing for any lay ministry.
