Abstract
  • Changing the World is a leadership and planning tool designed to help churches reevaluate their ministry. The planning process examines a church's readiness for growth using evaluative tools to determine effective leadership structure and readiness to initiate a disciple making ministry. These tools include the development of mission and vision statements, core values, and guiding principles as well as assessments of the community, community ministries, and the church itself measuring the congregation's readiness for ministry. These tools help to formulate planned outcomes leading to a revitalized future.
