Abstract
  • The purpose of the project is to equip students to be able to share the gospel with numerous people with a variety of race, age, backgrounds, and religious beliefs. Over one hundred students will travel to Henderson, Nevada, to attend a meeting at Highland Hills Baptist Church called 'Frontliners' as their summer mission trip. The students will be taught eight lessons entitles 'Engage Your World.' The strategy of the study will be to give the students a foundation of the fundamentals of the gospel that will enable them to share their faith with other world religions and cults. The students will be taught a brief history and some of the major beliefs of a select group of religions and cults that will enable them to recognize who they are encountering and how to share with them. The students will then go door-to-door in groups of three to share their faith in order to put into practice what they have previously learned.
