This Doctor of Ministry project was designed to develop and teach a first stage training process which would equip existing and potential deacons to serve as competent leaders at Bethel Baptist Church. After establishing the foundation base the actual project consisted of three goals with two parts each. One of the last sections of the project was to analyze, compile, tabulate, and summarize the feedback results from each of the measurement vehicles used during the executing of these goals. In conclusion the research disclosed and supplied necessary information to address many of the leadership problems and concerns at Bethel Baptist Church.
