- Abstract
- All the dynamics that form, shape, ands sustain a community of faith are dramatically shaken when a congregation considers a geographic relocation. This project focuses on dealing with the transformation process that leads a community through the psychological, emotional, and spiritual reorientation that prepare a community for ministry that is contextual, creative, relevant and responsive for the post-modern church. The foundational writings of Paul Dietterich, henry Blackaby, and Deham Grierson are used in two case studies that lead to the development of a methodology that is applicable in any church setting.
