Abstract
  • Laypersons and clergypersons can work together effectively for the growth of the persons and the parish by means of a shared and integrated ministry. The author uses the developmental style of research based on the action-research model. He describes a project in ministry which is designed to establish a team for ministry involving clergy and laypersons. He tests issues such as power and authority theologically and contextually. The result of the research suggests that clergypersons and laypersons are creatively energized for effective parish ministry when brought together in mutual ministry through the structure of an integrated team.
