The author designed and integrated a Long-Distance Counseling Delivery (a.k.a. Online Counseling) model into the Command Religious Program at the Navy Support Facility, Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory, to provide counseling and pastoral care to geographically isolated service members and authorized patrons. The author planned and secured computer equipment for dedicated counseling spaces to create a 'virtual face to face [vFtF]' environment and a public Internet service for relational counseling.
