Abstracto

The project confirmed the hypothesis that a teacher's effort to personally reach out to students prepared their minds, hearts, and wills to be more receptive. A specially created questionnaire was administered to all students, teachers, and parents of four selected classes before and after a teacher's training and testing period. The training sessions cited the ultimate example of Jesus' relationship building, reinforced by literature reviews and examples of contemporary teachers. Parents and students confirmed a more positive attitude because of a new effort by the teachers. My observations and suggestions from the teachers formed the recommendation for general implementation.
